Verb to be Grammar.

When?	Who?	Form	Example
Base form		be	It can be simple.
Simple Present	I	am	I am here.
	You	are	You are here.
	He/She/It	is	She is here.
	We	are	We are here.
	They	are	They are here.

Examples with is, are, am.

1. There is a rabbit inside.

The verb to be is used to say something about a person, thing, or state, to show a permanent or temporary quality, state, job, etc.

We use the verb to be to talk about the age:

• She is 19 years old
• We are 22 years old
